Job summary

Compass Pathways Inc. is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison to support REMS certification, enable site access readiness, and provide compliant coverage and reimbursement education to healthcare stakeholders.

The role involves field travel, coordination of treatment logistics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure patient access continuity. You will educate sites on case management processes, work with HUBs and specialty pharmacies, and maintain disciplined CRM documentation

Qualifications

3+ years in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management in pharma/biotech.
Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and payer environments.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional matrix teams.

Responsibilities

Support REMS certification and enrolment activities and educate sites.
Enable site access readiness and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
Provide reimbursement education on coverage, coding, and prior authorizations.
Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability programs.
Identify and resolve case-level access barriers across pathways and HUBs.
Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements and distribution partners.
Maintain compliant documentation in the CRM and support cross-functional handoffs.
Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site access priorities.
