Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to execute field-based patient access strategies in the Charlotte area. You will support REMS certification, enhance site access readiness, and provide compliant coverage education to healthcare stakeholders while maintaining non-promotional boundaries.

In this role you will educate on case management processes, coordinate treatment logistics, and collaborate with Sales and Site of Care teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field reimbursement and patient access within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty healthcare.
• Experience supporting access and reimbursement processes, specialty pharmacy programs, patient support services, coverage, benefit verification, prior authorization, appeals, and affordability programs.
• Ability to build trusted account and stakeholder relationships and enable patient progression from referral through treatment initiation.
• Strong planning, organization, accountability, disciplined execution, and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS site certification activities and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Support site access workflows following REMS certification and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement processes.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability program navigation.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers through approved support pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics and scheduling across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Receive referrals and handoffs from Sales and Site of Care leads regarding site readiness and access challenges.
• Maintain compliant documentation of account activities in the CRM system for cross-functional visibility.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site access priorities.
