Job summary

Valeris is a leading life sciences commercialization partner helping patients access therapies by resolving reimbursement barriers and educating healthcare providers about billing and coding for our clients’ products.

This Field Reimbursement Manager role supports access initiatives across hubs and payer programs, working with field teams, HUBs, Copay Card and PAP vendors. Travel up to 10% and preference for AZ/NM/TX/OK residents.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare industry; working with specialty products, Hubs, Payers or related area.
• Must have practice management, billing and/or coding experience for drugs, biologicals, or devices.
• Knowledge of public and private payer policies and prior authorization processes.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex patient access issues across Hub, provider offices and client team.
• Educate HCP offices on patient support programs and billing rules.
• Lead onsite education of program business rules and payer coverage.
• Guide providers through prior authorization and appeals processes.
• Coordinate with patient support services and reimbursement staff.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company SOPs.
