Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to help patients access medications by resolving reimbursement barriers and educating healthcare offices on billing and coding for client products.

The role requires strong payer policy knowledge, experience with prior authorizations, and ability to lead education across sites of care. Travel up to 10% is expected, with preferred residents in AZ, NM, Northern TX, or OK.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare industry; working with specialty products, hubs, payers or related area.
• Experience with Prior Authorizations, reimbursement billing, coding and appeals process.
• Knowledge of commercial payer, Medicare and Medicaid structures and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Solve patient access issues across Hub, provider offices and client field team.
• Educate providers and office staff on patient support programs and payer requirements.
• Lead onsite education of program rules, payer coverage and J-code reviews.
• Guide providers through prior authorization and appeals with required documentation.
