Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to join our team and help remove barriers for patients, educate providers on billing and coding, and ensure access to our therapies. You will collaborate with Hub, payer, and sales teams to optimize reimbursement strategies and support programs across multiple sites of care.

The role requires experience in pharma reimbursement, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to work both virtually and in field settings.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare industry with specialty products experience.
• Must have reimbursement, billing/coding experience for drugs, biologics or devices.
• Strong payer policy knowledge including public and private payers.
• Experience with Prior Authorizations, billing, coding and appeals.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct virtual and field-based reimbursement support.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex patient access issues across Hub, provider offices and client field teams.
• Educate HCP offices on patient support programs and payer policies.
• Lead onsite education of program rules and payer coverage as needed.
• Guide providers through prior authorization and appeals processes.
• Coordinate with patient support services on patient cases and claim issues.
• Review billing and coding to resolve reimbursement issues.
• Monitor regional payer trends and communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to SOPs/BRDs.
