Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to help remove barriers to patient access. You will educate provider offices on billing, coding, and payer processes, and serve as the reimbursement subject-matter expert across sites of care.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Managed Markets, and HUB teams, manage education and outreach on prior authorizations, appeals, and patient support programs, and travel up to 10% to meet clients and conduct onsite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical benefit verification and prior authorization processes.
• Experience with billing and coding for drugs, biologics, or devices.
• Ability to educate office staff and providers on payer policies.

Responsibilities

• Resolve patient access issues across HUB, offices, and client teams.
• Educate HCPs and staff on billing, coding, and reimbursement rules.
• Lead on-site sessions to explain program rules and payer coverage.
• Coordinate with HUB and Managed Markets to escalate payer issues.
• Travel up to 10% to support national meetings and training.
