Job summary

Valeris is a fully integrated life sciences commercialization partner dedicated to removing access barriers and improving patient care. As a Field Reimbursement Manager, you will educate offices on billing, coding, and patient assistance, collaborating with HUB, sales, and payer teams to optimize reimbursement for therapies.

This field-based role supports providers across Arizona, New Mexico, Northern Texas, and Oklahoma, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare industry; working with specialty products, Hubs, Payers or related area.
• Must have specific practice management, billing and/or coding experience for drugs, biologicals, or devices.
• Knowledge of commercial payer, Medicare and Medicaid structure, systems, and reimbursement process.

Responsibilities

• Solve patient access issues by coordinating with hubs, providers, and client teams.
• Educate HCP offices on patient support programs, billing, coding, and reimbursement workflows.
• Lead onsite education with providers on program rules and payer coverage and J-codes.
• Guide providers through prior authorization and appeals processes with required documentation.
