Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to remove barriers to patient access by optimizing billing, coding, and payer processes for our therapies. You will work with HUBs, provider offices, and client teams to resolve reimbursement issues and educate offices on program rules.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, Managed Markets, and Payer teams, plus up to 10% travel for national meetings. You will lead sessions on coverage, J-codes, and patient assistance to ensure access.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience with specialty products, hubs, payers, HCPs.
• Experience with billing, coding, and prior authorizations.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid structure and payer processes.
• Ability to conduct virtual and field reimbursement support and education.

Responsibilities

• Solve patient access issues across HUB, provider offices and client field team.
• Partner with Sales, Payer Teams, Marketing, HCPs and their Specialty Pharmacies to drive reimbursement strategies.
• Educate HCP offices on patient support programs, policies and coding requirements.
• Lead onsite education of program rules, payer coverage and J-codes as needed.
• Manage daily activities supporting patient access across sites of care and HUB services.
• Coordinate with patient support services representatives on patient cases and claim issues.
• Educate staff on client patient assistance and reimbursement tools and topics.
