Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to help eliminate patient access barriers by educating provider offices on billing practices and reimbursement pathways. You will work with HUB and patient support teams, manage prior authorizations, and support sales and Managed Markets with payer strategies.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma/healthcare, experience with payers and coding, and willingness to travel up to 10%. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare industry with specialty products, hubs, payers or related.
• Preferred: direct experience with specialty dermatology products.
• Experience with practice management, billing and/or coding for drugs, biologics, or devices.
• Strong knowledge of public and private payer policies and prior authorization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Solve patient access issues across hubs and provider offices.
• Educate offices on patient support programs and billing rules.
• Lead educational sessions with HCP offices on payer coverage and J-codes.
• Assist with prior authorization and appeals processes for client products.
• Coordinate with HUB and patient support services to resolve reimbursement issues.
