Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider offices.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical buy-and-bill, coding, billing, prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and account managers as access and reimbursement expert.
• Lead discussions on access and fulfillment with field teams.
• Proactively address access barriers using data and account management.
• Build relationships with customers and manage territory logistics.
