Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical/buy & bill reimbursement design, coding, and appeals processes.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and payer coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access discussions with field teams and address access barriers.
• Manage territory logistics and account planning.
