Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Reimbursement or relevant managed care experience (provider office setting).
• Strong communication skills and ability to analyze complex data.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and account managers; serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Utilize data and account management skills to address access barriers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and manage territory logistics.
