Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Detroit, MI territory, covering Detroit, Toledo, Lansing and Grand Rapids. You educate healthcare providers on reimbursement, collaborate with sales and support teams, and resolve access issues to improve patient treatment initiation.

You will travel up to 75% of the time, coordinating with payer groups and internal departments to optimize access, affordability, and patient experience across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in reimbursement, access, or account management with providers.
• Knowledge of pharmacy and medical benefit design, coding, and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and act as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead discussions on access and fulfillment with field teams.
• Use data to address access barriers and improve patient support.
• Partner with managed care to understand policies and changes.
• Travel up to 75% of the time and support hub services as needed.
