Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Boston seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to educate and support healthcare providers on reimbursement, access, and fulfillment for Janssen therapies. This role requires up to 50% on-site engagement with HCPs and staff, and travel across Boston, MA, Providence, RI, and surrounding areas.

You will partner with PECS and cross-functional teams to address coding, payer policies, and access challenges, leveraging data to remove barriers and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in a provider setting.
• Expertise with pharmacy and medical/buy & bill benefit design, coding, and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and account managers to address access barriers.
• Lead discussions on access and fulfillment with the field team.
• Use data to proactively resolve access issues and improve patient access.
• Maintain territory plans and stay current on payer policies.
