Qualifications

• Experience educating healthcare professionals (HCPs) on reimbursement processes and payer requirements.
• Strong collaboration with sales, account managers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to address access barriers and resolve reimbursement issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements of payer organizations.
• Collaborate with field support team members such as sales reps and key account managers and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support team members.
• Use data and account management to proactively address access barriers.
• Address critical access and affordability issues for patients with urgency and accountability.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and potential changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education and problem-solving as per FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers in all assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
