Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Manchester, NH territory, including NH, MA, and ME. The role focuses on education, access support, and collaboration with providers and internal teams to optimize patient access to Janssen therapies.

The position requires up to 75% travel, strong knowledge of payer policies, and the ability to coordinate with sales, HUB services, and cross-functional groups to resolve reimbursement challenges.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels (i.e., pharmacy and medical benefit including buy & bill and/or assignment of benefit (AOB))
• Experience with reimbursement or managed care processes (revenue cycle, prior authorization, coding, and appeals)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across a matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations
• Collaborate with field support team members (sales reps, account managers) to serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams
• Address access barriers using data-driven account management
• Travel up to 75% to support territory healthcare providers
