Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support the Manchester, NH territory, including Springfield, Worcester, and Portland. This role drives patient access, payer education, and strategic execution across markets.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in reimbursement or access roles, a healthcare or business background, and strong collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in relevant professional experience.
• Experience in provider settings with reimbursement knowledge.
• Expertise with pharmacy and medical buy-and-bill, coding, and prior authorizations.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization and build relationships.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support to serve as access and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with teams.
• Use data to address access barriers and improve patient access.
• Act with urgency to address affordability issues for patients.
• Partner with managed care to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support activities.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics and account planning.
• Keep knowledge of market dynamics across coverage and coding.
• Collaborate with internal departments for education on access solutions.
• Ensure training completion and ethical, compliant practice.
