Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Manchester, NH territory, covering NH, MA, and ME. The role focuses on education and assistance to healthcare providers for patient access to Janssen therapies.

The FRM will spend significant time on-site with HCPs, addressing education needs and partnering with diverse teams to ensure compliant access and affordability for patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with reimbursement, buy-and-bill, coding, prior authorizations, and payer processes.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support members and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead discussions on access and fulfillment with field teams.
• Address access barriers using data and account management skills.
• Travel up to 75% of the time within the territory.
• Build relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with internal Johnson & Johnson departments on education and insights.
