Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) is recruiting for a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Manhattan, NY territory, which includes Manhattan and surrounding NY areas. The FRM will educate providers on reimbursement, collaborate with sales and support teams, and drive access and affordability for Janssen therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business/public administration. MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider offices.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical benefit design, coding, and prior authorizations.

Responsabilités

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support members and act as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Address access barriers using data and proactive account management.
• Build relationships with customers and manage territory logistics and planning.
