Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team is recruiting for a Field Reimbursement Manager in the Albuquerque, NM territory, including nearby areas. This role focuses on education, assistance, and issue resolution with healthcare providers to improve patient access to Janssen therapies.

The FRM will spend up to 50% on-site with HCPs, partnering with sales and account teams to address education needs and affordability. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in healthcare or business/public administration). An advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider offices.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Address access barriers using data and account management skills.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
