Job summary

Pfizer in the United States is seeking a Field Reimbursement Colleague within North America to report to the I&I Access & Reimbursement Regional Director. The role focuses on enabling patient access by addressing reimbursement and coverage questions with healthcare professionals and office staff.

You will educate HCPs on payer landscapes, distribute Pfizer materials, coordinate with HUB programs, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in sales and/or coding & reimbursement.
• Reimbursement and Access experience is a plus; knowledge of Specialty Drug Reimbursement and payer dynamics.
• B.S. or B.A. degree is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills across teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work across internal boundaries.
• Ability to operate in a regulated environment with strict compliance guidelines.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record.
• Must reside in territory boundaries.
• Travel up to 50% for live customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access and resolve reimbursement questions.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage, and formulary updates.
• Distribute Pfizer materials related to coverage and patient assistance programs.
• Educate on Hub financial assistance offerings, enrollment processes, and portals.
• Coordinate with Pfizer HUB programs to understand payer requirements for patients.
• Address questions about prescription status for patients in Pfizer programs.
• Compliantly use Pfizer’s case notes system.
