Pfizer North America seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead reimbursement and access initiatives, enabling patient access to Pfizer products. You will educate HCPs, handle payer questions, and collaborate with internal teams to address coverage barriers.

The role requires 7+ years of pharma experience, strong communication, and a valid US driver’s license. Travel about 50% across an assigned territory is expected.

Formación

• 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in sales and/or reimbursement.
• Reimbursement and Access experience is a plus; knowledge of policy dynamics across Pfizer brands.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to support patient access and resolve reimbursement questions.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage, and formulary changes to HCPs/office staff.
• Distribute Pfizer-approved materials on coverage, patient assistance programs, and billing/coding guides.
• Educate about Hub financial assistance offerings and access portals to physicians and staff.
• Coordinate with Pfizer patient access programs to understand payer requirements for patients.
• Address questions about prescription status for patients enrolled in Pfizer programs.
• Maintain Pfizer case notes in the designated system.
