Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Field Reimbursement Colleague to support patient access across the North America region. You will educate HCPs on payer policies, resolve coverage questions, and distribute reimbursement materials to enable access for Pfizer products.

The role requires strong coordination with HUB programs, knowledge of billing/coding, and the ability to work across Pfizer units while maintaining strict compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience typically within the fields of pharmaceutical sales and/or coding and reimbursement.
• Reimbursement and Access experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Specialty Drug Reimbursement, Government Payment Systems, Provider/Carrier Networks, Co-Pay Assistance Programs.
• Experience collaborating across Pfizer Business Units/Brands and with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access to Pfizer products.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape and coverage updates.
• Distribute Pfizer RC-approved materials related to coverage and reimbursement.
• Coordinate with Pfizer HUB and patient access programs to understand payer requirements.
• Compliantly use Pfizer’s case notes system and communicate payor insights to leadership.
