Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Field Reimbursement Colleague who will report to the I&I Access & Reimbursement Regional Director. You will educate HCPs on payer landscape, guide coverage decisions, and support patient access to Pfizer products.

Strong communication and strategic planning are essential as you work across stakeholders to resolve reimbursement questions. The role requires 50% travel and residency within the designated territory, including New Rochelle, NY.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience typically within the fields of pharmaceutical sales and/or coding and reimbursement.
• Strong understanding of Specialty Drug Reimbursement, Government Payment Systems, Provider/Carrier Networks, Co-Pay Assistance Programs.
• Experience demonstrating exceptional communication and presentation skills, strategic planning, and successful plan implementation.
• Must reside in territory boundaries and have a valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access to Pfizer products.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage, and formulary updates.
• Distribute Pfizer RC-approved materials related to coverage and reimbursement matters.
• Coordinate with Pfizer patient access and support programs (HUB) to understand payer requirements.
• Address questions about prescription status of patients enrolled in Pfizer programs.
• Compliantly use Pfizer’s case notes system.
