Job summary

Pfizer North America seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead reimbursement strategy and enable patient access to Pfizer products. You will report to the I&I Access & Reimbursement Regional Director and work with HCPs to resolve coverage questions.

You will educate providers on payer policies, distribute resources, and coordinate with HUB programs while ensuring compliance and confidentiality. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience, typically in sales and/or coding and reimbursement.
• Reimbursement and Access experience is a plus; strong knowledge of payer dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree required (B.S./B.A. or equivalent).
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to operate in a highly regulated environment with confidentiality.
• Valid US driver’s license and willingness to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access to Pfizer products.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, policies, and formulary changes.
• Distribute Pfizer RC-approved materials on coverage and patient assistance programs.
• Educate HCPs on Hub financial assistance offerings and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate with Pfizer HUB and access programs to understand payer requirements.
• Maintain Pfizer case notes and respond to prescription status questions.
