Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Field Reimbursement Colleague in the United States to advance patient access and work under the I&I Access & Reimbursement Regional Director. You will support reimbursement strategies across Pfizer business units while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include educating HCPs about payer landscape, distributing coverage materials, and coordinating with HUB programs to meet payer requirements for individual patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience, typically in sales and/or coding & reimbursement.
• Reimbursement and access experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of specialty drug reimbursement, government payment systems, and payer networks.
• Valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record.
• Experience collaborating across internal boundaries with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access and resolve reimbursement questions.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage, formulary changes, and policies.
• Distribute Pfizer-approved materials on coverage and reimbursement matters to HCPs.
• Coordinate with HUB programs to understand payer requirements for individual patients.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and link insights to Pfizer offerings.
