Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support patient access across its North America region. You will report to the I&I Access & Reimbursement Regional Director and serve as the subject‑matter expert on reimbursement and coverage issues, guiding internal leadership on market impact and payer dynamics.

You will conduct live and virtual education for HCPs and staff, coordinate with HUB programs, and ensure compliant use of Pfizer’s case notes system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in sales and/or coding and reimbursement.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, strategic planning and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment with strong compliance.
• Willingness to reside in territory and travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access and resolve reimbursement questions.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage, formulary changes and patient support.
• Distribute Pfizer RC‑approved materials on coverage, patient assistance, billing and coding references.
• Educate on Hub financial assistance programs, portals, and brochures.
• Coordinate with Pfizer HUB programs to understand payer requirements for patients.
• Address questions about prescription status for patients in Pfizer programs.
• Compliantly use Pfizer’s case notes system.
