Job summary

Pfizer North America is seeking a Field Reimbursement Colleague who reports to the I&I Access & Reimbursement Regional Director. The role focuses on supporting patient access by resolving reimbursement questions and educating HCPs. You will coordinate with HUB programs, distribute coverage materials, and handle payer policy updates.

Travel ~50% for live customer interactions across NY territories. A BS/BA is required, with 7+ years in pharma, and strong communication and leadership across

Qualifications

• 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in sales and/or reimbursement.
• Strong understanding of specialty drug reimbursement and payer policies.
• BS/BA degree required.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment with compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape and coverage.
• Distribute materials on coverage, patient assistance, and billing references.
• Educate on HUB programs and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate with HUB and address payer requirements for patients.
• Compliantly use Pfizer’s case notes system.
• Travel up to 50% for live interactions.
