Job summary

argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to partner with healthcare providers, deliver reimbursement education, and optimize patient access across medical and pharmacy benefits. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, building trusted relationships in your territory and guiding access strategies.

Based in the Springfield, MO area, you will travel to meet customers, educate on prior authorizations and claims, and align with Patient Services, Market Access, and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of reimbursement, patient access, market access, or related healthcare experience.
• Experience with therapies reimbursed under both medical and pharmacy benefits, and understanding of payer policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers in the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement, coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, and billing considerations.
• Develop access strategies and guidance to navigate reimbursement challenges and barriers.
