Job summary

argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to optimize patient access and reimbursement for its portfolio in the Bluegrass West region. The role combines payer policy knowledge with strong relationship-building to support providers and patients across medical and pharmacy benefits.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in reimbursement or market access, plus experience with Medicare/Medicaid and claims processes. Travel is required to cover the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in reimbursement, patient access, or related healthcare experience.
• Experience supporting therapies reimbursed under medical and pharmacy benefits, with payer knowledge.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving and customer engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers within the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement policies, prior authorizations, claims, and billing considerations.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and navigate payer barriers.
• Manage complex reimbursement issues and escalations with urgency and professionalism.
