Job summary

The Spinx Company is seeking a Field Recruiter to develop and implement recruiting strategies, grow a quality candidate pool, and support staffing objectives across SC stores and operations. You will manage postings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews while promoting our brand.

You will travel to job fairs and campuses weekly, liaising with the Director or EVP of People and Culture to meet diversity goals and staffing timelines.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree with 1-2 years staffing/recruiting experience required.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle knowledge and regulatory employment law awareness.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategy to maintain a quality applicant pool.
• Maintain requisitions in HR/ATS; manage postings across channels.
• Facilitate weekly job fairs and campus events to attract candidates.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate offers; promote company brand.
• Travel as required; ensure diversity in applicant slate.
