Job summary

SCI is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to support full life-cycle recruitment for corporate positions across levels. You will source, screen, interview, and profile candidates, manage background checks and reference checks, and assist with relocation issues as needed.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, educate teams on labor market trends, and maintain ATS workflows. Strong communication and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• Three years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge of customer groups to target recruiting efforts.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify recruiting strategies.
• Educates managers on hiring trends and labor market data.
• Assists managers on hiring trends and recruitment tools.
• Maintains applicant workflow in ATS.
