Job summary

Lasko Products is seeking a Manager, Field Quality to own field quality data, lead cross-functional investigations, and drive CAPA across brands. The role requires coordinating containment actions and validating effectiveness using post-implementation data.

On-site position based in West Chester, PA with travel to manufacturing, distribution sites, and suppliers; remote candidates in nearby regions may be considered. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related technical field.
• 6 or more years of experience in product or manufacturing quality.
• At least 2 years leading cross-functional corrective action to closure.
• Experience in consumer products, appliances, or another high-volume consumer durable category preferred.
• Experience with warranty, returns, or field failure data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the field quality data across all Lasko brands and thresholds.
• Lead cross-functional investigations to closure with assigned owners and dates.
• Chair CAPA review and ensure items meet dates.
• Apply structured problem solving (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, fault tree, DMAIC, A3).
• Recommend containment actions and present evidence.
• Verify effectiveness of corrective actions with post-implementation data.
• Escalate any safety or regulatory issues immediately.
• Provide feedback to product integrity and supplier quality for DFMEA.
