Job summary

Team Quality Services is seeking a Field Quality Associate to ensure high standards of quality and reliability for automotive customers. You will act as the main liaison between service locations and suppliers, driving continuous improvement and resolving quality issues with a proactive approach.

The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and knowledge of quality management systems. Onboarding involves corporate travel and on-site work at customer locations, with full benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Passport eligibility for international travel/training.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with supplier/service location personnel as main contact for quality-related matters.
• Conduct audits/assessments of supplier parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set supplier quality objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements and corrective actions to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Rapidly identify and resolve quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Provide technical support to customers and service staff on quality challenges.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
