Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze field quality performance, warranty claims, service data, and customer complaints.
• Lead or support structured problem-solving using 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, DMAIC, or similar tools.
• Develop and coordinate corrective actions and containment to minimize customer exposure.
