Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a field-based Provider Partnerships Manager to build relationships with medical practices and health systems, educate providers on Talkiatry’s services, and grow referrals across a territory with approximately 75% travel. The role blends new business development with existing account management in a quota-carrying, field-forward capacity.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or healthcare-adjacent field sales experience required.
• Ability to meet or exceed referral/sales targets.
• Comfort working in fast-growth, autonomous environment.
• CRM proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, practice administrators, and referral teams.
• Prospect and convert medical practices into referral partners.
• Manage and grow a book of accounts to increase referrals and provider satisfaction.
• Execute territory plans to hit referral growth and retention targets.
• Lead in-office visits, presentations, and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate account activity in CRM.
