Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a field-based Provider Partnerships Manager to build relationships with physicians, practice leaders, and referral teams across the territory. You’ll prospect new medical practices, own accounts, and drive referral growth while educating providers about Talkiatry’s services.

You’ll travel ~75% of the time, lead in-office visits and community outreach, and maintain robust CRM records to ensure smooth referral processes and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent field sales
• Proven ability to meet or exceed referral or sales growth targets
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Communications/Healthcare Administration/Psychology or related field
• Ability to travel within assigned territory ~75%

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, practice administrators, clinical leaders, and referral teams
• Prospect and convert new medical practices into ongoing referral partners
• Manage and grow a book of existing accounts, increasing referral volume
• Execute strategic territory plans to hit and exceed referral growth and provider retention targets
• Lead in-office visits, practice presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach
• Establish workflows, troubleshoot barriers, and ensure smooth referral processes
• Maintain accurate and timely account activity in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
• Represent Talkiatry at industry events and health-system functions
