Talkiatry is hiring a field-based Providers Partnerships Manager to build relationships with physicians, practice administrators, and referral teams across a broad US territory. The role combines new business prospecting with account ownership and strategic field engagement to drive referral growth and provider satisfaction.

You will educate providers on Talkiatry’s services, lead in-office visits, and execute territory plans while traveling extensively.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent field sales or business development.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed referral or sales growth targets.
• CRM proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, practice administrators, and referral teams.
• Prospect and convert new medical practices into ongoing referral partners.
• Manage and grow a book of existing accounts, increasing referral volume and provider satisfaction.
• Execute territory plans to hit and exceed referral growth and provider retention targets.
• Lead in-office visits, practice presentations, and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate account activity in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Represent Talkiatry at industry events and health system functions.
