Utilities One Group is seeking a qualified, local Field Project Manager in Warren, MI to lead on-site execution for telecommunications and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate field crews, vendors, and management to ensure safe, efficient completion per approved plans and client requirements.

Responsibilities include pre-construction readiness, daily field coordination, QA/QC, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications construction or related field.
• Ability to interpret maps, drawings, and diagrams for fiber/utility projects.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills for field crews and subcontractors.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily field execution and coordinate field crews, vendors, and management.
• Review project scope, sequencing, and pre-construction readiness; verify locates and permits.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to approved plans and specs.
• Maintain daily reporting, track progress, and escalate issues to management.
• Represent the company on-site and coordinate with clients, cities, and jurisdictions.
