• Experience leading field teams on construction projects.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, crews, and management.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication with clients, cities, and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily field execution and ensure productivity.
• Coordinate with foremen and vendors to align on plans and sequencing.
• Ensure crews have proper documentation, certifications, and PPE.
• Monitor permits, locates, and MOT requirements; enforce work-hour limits.
• Lead QA/QC checks and ensure restoration and handover readiness.
