Job summary

Utilities One is seeking a Field Project Manager in Davenport, IA to lead on-site field execution, manage vendors, and coordinate construction activities across telecom, power, water, and related infrastructure projects. You will ensure crews and subcontractors comply with client and company standards while aligning with safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong field oversight, proactive problem solving, and effective communication with management, clients, and jurisdictions

Qualifications

• A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements as they relate to the customer and any governmental guidelines.
• Ability to lift around 50 pounds, safely climb ladders, and work in extreme weather.
• Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for fiber construction.
• Ability to travel to different job sites within the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field execution and vendor oversight.
• Coordinate field crews, vendors, and management.
• Ensure safety, permits, and compliance.
• Review project scope and sequencing.
• Report progress and issues to management.
