Utilities One is seeking a Field Project Manager in Dearborn, MI to lead daily field execution, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and compliance on telecom infrastructure projects. You will bridge field teams, management, and stakeholders to deliver projects on plan, on time, and within budget.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, strict adherence to approvals, and active collaboration with clients and municipal authorities across the Midwest region.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in telecommunications construction.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license is required.
• Ability to read maps, drawings, and diagrams for fiber construction.
• Willingness to travel within the Midwest (MI, OH, IN) as needed.
• Strong field execution, vendor oversight, and safety/compliance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily field execution and coordinate with crews and vendors.
• Review projects for scope, constructability, and sequencing.
• Ensure permits, locates, and safety standards are met.
• Represent the company as on-site operations leader.

Conocimientos

Valid driver's license

5+ years telecom construction

Fiber design knowledge

Maps/diagrams reading

Midwest travel willingness
