Job summary

Utilities One in Detroit is seeking a Construction Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects across telecom, power, water, and data center sectors. You will oversee planning, execution, client liaison, safety, and on-time delivery while coordinating internal teams and subcontractors.

This role reports to the Operations leadership and requires a hands-on leader who can manage budgets, schedules, permits, and field operations.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of telecommunications experience.
• At least 3 years as Program/Project/Operations Manager.
• Strong budget, scheduling, and tracking skills.
• Able to travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee all phases from preconstruction to closeout.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Maintain client communication and progress reporting.
• Manage permits, documentation, and change orders.
