Job summary

Utilities One is a trusted turnkey provider across telecom, power, water, renewable energy, and data center sectors. We seek a local Field Project Manager to serve as the on-site operational leader in Monmouth, IL, bridging field teams, vendors, management, and stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant projects on approved plans.

As the Field Project Manager, you will review scope, coordinate pre-construction, manage daily field activities, enforce safety, document QA/QC, and communicate updates

Qualifications

• On-site field project management experience.
• Ability to review scope, constructability, and sequencing.
• Experience coordinating vendors and field crews.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and ability to travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope, constructability, and sequencing.
• Maintain daily coordination with foremen and vendors.
• Verify permits and locates before excavation.
• Enforce safety regulations and PPE compliance.
• Submit daily and project reports.
• Coordinate field execution and QA/QC checks.
