Job summary

Utilities One in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead telecommunications construction projects across the Midwest. You will coordinate field crews, vendors, permits, and safety programs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance with design specifications.

You should have at least 5 years in telecom construction, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel regionally. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications construction.
• Unrestricted driver's license required.
• Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design/construction.
• Ability to lift around 50 pounds and work in extreme weather.
• Willingness to travel across the Midwest (Michigan, Ohio, Indiana).

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate field projects, including scope, sequencing and safety.
• Lead daily coordination with foremen and vendors and ensure plans are followed.
• Monitor permits, locates, MOTs, and regulatory requirements.
• Submit routine field reports, QA/QC checks, and documentation.
• Represent the company as on-site operational leader and drive timely completion.
