Qualifications

• 5-10 years of telecommunications experience.
• 3+ years as Program/Project/Operations Manager.
• Strong knowledge of project budget management, scheduling, and tracking.
• Ability to travel to different job sites and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and stakeholder management and onboarding.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and milestone delivery.
• Supervise field operations, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Manage coordinators, crews, and subcontractors; ensure performance.
