Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Field Project Manager to lead installation, programming, startup, and training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects. You will work with the project team to ensure work is completed within contract scope, budget, and schedule.

This role involves supervising field staff and subcontractors, coordinating site activities, and maintaining quality in compliance with codes.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong field supervision experience with building automation or fire/life safety systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings; good math skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site management of project(s) for timely completion within budget.
• Supervises Project Specialists, Installers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinates subcontractors and ensures QA standards.
• Installs, tests, and services building automation, fire, and security systems.
• Identifies risks and helps minimize impact on cost and schedule.
