Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management preferred.
• OSHA 10, NFPA 70E preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in logistics, shipping & receiving, inventory, or project coordination.
• Experience supporting maintenance, electrical work, or field operations environments preferred.
• Forklift certification or warehouse experience is a plus (if applicable to location).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, resources, equipment, and information for project execution.
• Review Daily Reports, Time Sheets, and Invoices for billing and reporting.
• Interface with field teams and management to gather updates and provide accurate reporting.
• Manage on-site scheduling, logistics, and coordination with ERP systems (Nexus/NetSuite).
• Support project reporting and data verification across projects.
• Procure parts and equipment from the warehouse and coordinate deliveries.
