Job summary

JDC Power Systems, LLC is seeking a Project Specialist, Field Service to coordinate meetings, resources, and information for field operations. You will liaise between field teams and management, focusing on scheduling, logistics, and reporting to improve efficiency across projects.

You will support time tracking, issue resolution, and on-site requirements while interfacing with Nexus and NetSuite ERP systems. Experience in logistics, inventory, and repair/service coordination is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in logistics, shipping & receiving, inventory, or project coordination.
• OSHA 10 and NFPA 70E preferred.
• Forklift certification or warehouse experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, resources, and information to support field service managers.
• Review and compile daily/issue reports, timesheets, and expense reports for billing.
• Track project reporting and metrics; assist in scheduling and manpower planning.
• Interface with ERP systems (Nexus, NetSuite) to support on-site work.
• Procure parts/equipment, manage RMAs, and coordinate equipment deliveries.
