Job summary

JDC Power Systems, LLC in Roswell, GA seeks a Regional Safety Specialist to lead field safety across assigned regions. You will work with Field Service Technicians, Regional Managers, customers, and project teams to ensure OSHA NFPA 70E compliance, LOTO procedures, and company safety policies on job sites.

Responsibilities include conducting field audits, coaching technicians, performing safety assessments, supporting incident investigations, delivering toolbox talks, and tracking safety

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
• Experience with audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Ability to lead field safety activities and coach technicians.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to influence and engage field personnel.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic reporting systems.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a geographically dispersed workforce.
